Cement

Coping with heavy dust, high temperatures and very low speeds on rotary kilns, mills, fans and crushers.

Cement

A cement plant is one of the most demanding sites for condition monitoring: the rotary kiln runs at 1–4 rpm, the mill shell swamps the measurement, and fans drift into unbalance through constant wear and build-up.

Because the SPM HD shock pulse method amplifies the weak signal produced at low speed through order-synchronous sampling, it reveals damage on kiln support rollers and mill main bearings months in advance. Fan unbalance is corrected in place by our on-site balancing service, without removing the rotor.

Our Services

Vibration & Shock Pulse Measurement and Analysis

Vibration & Shock Pulse Measurement and Analysis

We collect vibration and shock pulse data from your rotating equipment on site and interpret it through spectrum, time waveform and envelope analysis. We report bearing, gear, unbalance, misalignment, looseness and resonance faults together with their root cause.

On-Site Balancing

On-Site Balancing

We balance fans, impellers, rotors, crusher rotors and similar rotating parts in place, at operating speed and in their own bearings. Single and dual plane balancing is performed to ISO 21940 (formerly ISO 1940) tolerance grades.

Shaft (Coupling) Alignment

Shaft (Coupling) Alignment

We align coupled machine trains such as motor-pump and motor-gearbox sets with a laser system. Soft-foot checking, thermal growth compensation and precut shims deliver a lasting result.
