Vibrating Screen Package
A vibrating screen that drifts out of balance wastes energy and fatigues its own structure. POP002 measures the orbital motion of all four corners and the maximum deviation between them, revealing how the screen really behaves.
POP002 is a process optimization package designed to improve the performance of vibrating screens. It includes a 16-channel Intellinova Parallel EN system, triaxial vibration transducers, the necessary mounting hardware and a Condmaster licence, allowing precise measurement and analysis of vibration signals.
The package provides a clear picture of the screen's orbital motion at its four corners and measures the maximum deviation across all corners. That deviation carries vital information about potential structural stress: an incipient crack, a loosening joint or a fatigued spring shows up first as a distorted orbit.
The solution optimizes screen efficiency by detecting unfavourable conditions such as plugging and excessive energy consumption. The result is a reduction in downtime costs and an improvement in the overall functioning of the screen.
The aim is optimal efficiency and reduced downtime, resulting in increased productivity and cost savings.
Desired cable lengths — 10, 20 or 30 m — must be specified when ordering POP002. The Condmaster.NET vibrating screen dashboard is offered as a yearly subscription per screen through part number CM-S102.
