What data we process

Through the quotation and contact forms on this website we collect: name, company, email address, phone number, city, industry and the message you send. As a technical necessity we also record the page from which the form was submitted, browser information and a salted hash of your IP address.

Your IP address itself is not stored; only an irreversible hash is kept, solely for rate limiting to prevent abuse.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to evaluate your request, provide you with a quotation, conduct pre-contractual discussions and communicate with you. The legal basis is Article 5/2-c of KVKK (directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Your explicit consent is obtained through the checkbox on the form.

Transfers

Your data is stored on our servers hosted in Türkiye and is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Sharing with suppliers of technical infrastructure may occur only to the extent the service requires and under a confidentiality obligation.

Retention

Quotation and contact requests are retained for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation following the end of the commercial relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, to request that such actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage suffered.
