Centrifugal Pump Package
Pumps account for roughly 10% of global energy consumption, and nearly 90% of their lifetime cost is energy. POP004 continuously measures where the pump sits relative to its Best Efficiency Point, targeting that cost directly.
With the pump optimization solution, operators can continuously monitor and analyze pump performance in relation to operating speed or flow. Using Data distribution, symptom values are plotted over RPM or flow rate to visualize how the pump is performing.
This allows operators to determine whether the pump is running at, below or above its Best Efficiency Point (BEP) — and to identify early signs of performance issues or inefficiencies.

Subscribe to the Condmaster.NET pump dashboard for each pump via part number CM-S104; the subscription renews yearly. To enable condition monitoring as well, three additional DuoTech accelerometers are required: two for the motor and one for the pump bearings.
