Handheld instrument for fast bearing condition checks

Part number
BC200 / BC250
Bearing Checker

A push-button handheld instrument for fast and easy measurement of bearing condition in preventive maintenance. It measures shock pulses with a built-in probe (BC200) or an external transducer and can also be used as an electronic stethoscope.

Highlights

  • dBm/dBc shock pulse measurement, –9 to 90 dBsv range
  • Green / yellow / red condition indication
  • Electronic stethoscope with 7-level amplification
  • IP65 housing, more than 25 hours of battery life
  • Internal storage of up to 10 measurement values

Results are indicated by green-yellow-red symbols with a detailed evaluation of the measured values, so that non-specialist personnel can also make reliable decisions. Results can be transferred to a file for further processing, e.g. in Microsoft Excel. The BC250 version without a built-in probe suits plants that work exclusively with permanent measuring point adapters.
