A stand-alone measuring unit for continuous monitoring of bearing condition on two channels. It measures shock pulses according to the true SPM method, with two programmable alarm levels per channel and a green-yellow-red status display.

MG4 has an IP65 casing for wall mounting. It can be supplied with mains power or connected to a PLC. Shock pulse transducers connect to the TNC connectors via coaxial cables. Measuring time, alarm levels, alarm delay and the channel/relay combinations are programmed using the push buttons on the front panel. An optional RS-485 port sends data over a LAN using Modbus RTU.
