A low-noise triaxial accelerometer in a rugged design with broad frequency response. A single housing holds three 100 mV/g vibration sensors with ±10% sensitivity tolerance, designed for both route-based and permanent-mount applications.

It features a thick-shell external case for high resistance to impact and a versatile M12 connector. It has EMI/RFI and ESD protection, with a case-isolated, internally shielded housing.
The three axes have different frequency responses: the Z axis covers 2–10,000 Hz and the X and Y axes 2–7,000 Hz (±3 dB). A single installation therefore covers a wider range of faults than a uniaxial sensor — particularly useful where orbital motion matters, such as on vibrating screens.
Mounting uses either a screw-on (16941) or glue-on (16974) foot. Magnetic mounting bases for triaxial transducers are available separately.
