Small accelerometers based on MEMS technology. Because the linear frequency range starts at 1 Hz, they suit slow-turning equipment and low-frequency structural vibration. At 55 grams they fit into tight mounting spaces.

The transducer is mounted against a smooth, flat surface at least 16 mm in diameter and connected with a twisted pair cable with a 2-pin connector. The electrical signal is isolated from the housing.
In moist environments, the sealed connector with integrated measuring cable (SPM 46162 / 46163) should be used together with cable protection tube SPM 81385.
The series offers two sensitivities: SLD322B at 40 mV/g and SLD334B at 100 mV/g. Both come with M8 x 1.25 and UNF 1/4"-28 thread options.
