The pump connects to the machine's hydraulic circuit through the oil inlet and works with supply pressures between 100 and 300 bar. Once the hydraulic system is activated, a piston inside the pump drives a grease pumping element, which delivers the quantity of lubricant determined by the size of that element. It requires an intermittent supply pressure — it produces one shot per hydraulic pulse rather than running under continuous pressure.
Shuttle-type grease cartridges serve as the reservoir. A sturdy housing and a reliable screw system make cartridge changes quick, reducing both maintenance effort and the risk of contamination.
It is designed to dispense grease up to NLGI class 2 at various flow rates. The pumping element comes in four sizes: H5, H6, H8 and H10. Delivery per shot varies between 0.16 and 0.63 cm³ depending on the element fitted.
