A wireless sensor that performs a user-defined number of measurements per day. It measures triaxial vibration and temperature in the 10–1000 Hz or 2–5000 Hz range, giving early warning of unbalance, misalignment, resonance, cavitation and gear or bearing faults on standard production equipment such as pumps and fans. Available in Wi-Fi (AIR11/AIR12) and cellular LTE-M (AIR14/AIR15) versions.

Thanks to battery technology and careful design, the battery-powered sensor delivers four-year battery life at four measurements a day under ideal conditions. Battery life is affected by the number of measurements per day, signal quality, ambient temperature and time spent in Bluetooth mode. The externally powered versions (AIR12 / AIR15) enable triggered measurement.
The Wi-Fi version uses existing wireless network infrastructure. Where no Wi-Fi is available, the LTE-M version takes over: the low-power LTE Cat M1 protocol is designed for IoT applications that need wide coverage at low cost, and the AIR14/AIR15 codes ship with a three-year data subscription.
The SPM Connect app configures the parameters needed to connect the sensor to Condmaster Entity Server (CES) or SPM Cloud. Sensors are found over Bluetooth, the server connection is verified and network setup is completed.
