The peak in plant reliability
Doruk CBM provides condition monitoring, process optimisation and lubrication management solutions to keep critical industrial equipment running and maximise the efficiency of production processes.
We serve the whole of Türkiye from our base in İzmir. Our team consists of ISO 18436 certified vibration analysts working in the field and installation and commissioning engineers.
What we do
What defines Doruk CBM is that we run the entire reliability chain from a single source:
- We measure. We establish the real condition of equipment through vibration and SPM HD shock pulse measurement.
- We diagnose. We report fault type, severity and root cause through spectrum, time waveform, phase and envelope analysis.
- We correct. We resolve the problem on site through balancing and laser shaft alignment.
- We teach. We develop your own team through ISO 18436 compliant training.
- We sustain. We protect the reliability of the programme through instrument service and calibration.
The technologies we represent
SPM Instrument (Sweden). The manufacturer that has developed the shock pulse method since 1969 and owns the patented SPM HD®, HD ENV and EVAM technologies. Leonova handheld instruments, Intellinova continuous monitoring systems, Airius wireless sensors and Condmaster Ruby software.
Ciaponi (Italy). A UNI EN ISO 9001 certified manufacturer designing centralised lubrication systems since 1969, entirely Made in Italy.
Tan Delta Systems (United Kingdom). Developer of the FSH core technology that analyses the electrochemical properties of oil at molecular level with 99.99% accuracy.
SPM Academy. A training and certification centre for vibration analysis compliant with ISO 18436-1 and ISO 18436-2.
How we work
Condition monitoring is not a system you install by buying an instrument. Without the right measuring point, the right measurement setup, a consistent route and a team that can read the data, even the best instrument does little more than produce a trend. That is why we begin every project with a criticality analysis, train your team, and build the programme so that we can hand it over to you.
